Cannot add ns2.desec.org. and ns1.desec.io at punktum.dk toplevel admin

I’m trying to move my domain records for example.dk from one.com to desec.io.
The top level admin for .dk is named punktum.dk.
When I try add ns1.desec.io and ns2.desec.org at punktum.dk I get an
error message “Navneserveren findes ikke i vores database”
translates to “The name server does not exists in our database”.
Does desec.io not support .dk sub domains?

That’s very weird: Our nameservers are registered with Punktum, and just earlier this month, someone else successfully delegated their .dk domain to them.

I’m afraid you’ll have to inquire with Punktum.
