Cleaning up dysfunctional dedyn.io domains

We are currently cleaning up old domains registered under .dedyn.io which do not have valid NS record sets.

Can we just have the NS record fixed without deleting the entire domain?

Because we can no longer edit NS records, I cannot delete that entry in my domain to save it.

Yes. Please contact support until Feb 12, 2025, with your domain name and we’ll make that change.

Note: You must send the support request from the email address associated with your deSEC account.

Hello, I received an email saying that my domain name and account need to be deleted because my NS record was incorrectly set to cloudflare. I remember that the domain name could be hosted on cloudflare before. Since it is not possible now, please help me correct the error and please do not delete my domain name and account, thank you.

Hello, Peter, how can I contact the staff? I am one of the earliest registered users. I have 15 domain names in my account that need to be changed. My account and forum account have the same email address.
