Is there a status page?

Nowadays many providers have status pages where customers can see if there have been any outages.

Do you have such a page?

(This came up since when we asked our provider to update the NS records to point to your NS records
they got REFUSED back.)

Hi appliedprivacy,

We do have a placeholder for a status page (https://desec-status.net/) since June 2020. It is now also linked on our web site.

The status page runs on infrastructure which is independent of the deSEC production services.

At the moment, there is no status information yet. Once there is, we will link it from our web site.

… and regarding this, the most likely cause is something else. If you shoot us an email at support@desec.io, we can look into it.
