Questions about ns record replacement

Dear administrator, when can I replace the ns record later? Is it a bug or not?

Because cloudflare can be hosted, but ns records cannot be replaced, this problem has always been.

We do not allow changing NS records for domains under dedyn.io, and we are not planning to enable this. It is NOT a bug.
