Hello,currently DNSSEC algorithm is RSA but currently popular algorithm is ECDSA scep256r1,some big providers like cloudflare also use ECDSA rather than the old RSA.Is it possible to allow users to choose ECDSA as an option?

No, we use ECDSA Curve P-256 (algorithm 13).
