Hello
I use my defaults I got from deSEC for the fields in Fritz!box.
When I tried do get an certifcate then I get the following message:

“Failed authorization procedure. ncgdr.dedyn.io (http-01): urn:ietf:params:acme:error:dns :: No valid IP addresses found for ncgdr.dedyn.io

What di I wrong?

Hi alwi,

Thanks for your message, and welcome to deSEC!

Can you please post the exact command you use when trying to get a certificate?

Stay secure,
Peter

Sorry Peter,
With Nextcloudpi, I don’t need to worry about commands. See the Link.

Hi,

I’m afraid I can’t help you without knowing what operations were performed in the background. You’ll have to get in touch with whoever wrote that integration.

Stay secure,
Peter

Hi Peter,
how about a logical consideration?
For my current domain, I make my settings in two places in the router: Port sharing and DynDNS. This works since years. Accordingly, the letsencrypt commands in nextcloudpi must be OK.
Assuming that I can set the port shares correctly, my inputs to DynDNS are the critical point.
I received the details after registering with deSEC and copied into keepassx.
So first I would like to check the defaults at deSEC. Is it possible?

Hi alwi,

Have you checked our documentation section on how to configure your dynDNS client?
