New domain, no DNS resolution except SOA

Hello,
I registered a new domain this afternoon.
Then pointed the NS records to DeSec DNS Servers. (whois query shows they are registered).
Added the domain to the DNS managed domain, and 2 A records.
Several hours later, when querying various DNS servers, including DeSec own servers, the A records are not served.

nslookup example output :

chiensetfamille.fr
Server: ns2.desec.org.
Address: 2607:f740:e00a:deec::2#53
*** Can’t find chiensetfamille.fr: No answer
www.chiensetfamille.fr
Server: ns2.desec.org.
Address: 2607:f740:e00a:deec::2#53
** server can’t find www.chiensetfamille.fr: NXDOMAIN

What should I do ?

These are the only DNS Records I am seeing.
Are you sure you added an A Record (and in the proper place)?

The subdomain is only the www not the whole FQDN.
