Hey,
I’m trying to change the email address associated with my deSEC account, but I’m not receiving the confirmation email at the new address.
To make sure the new email doesn’t already have an existing account, I also tried the “Forgot Password” option and did not receive any email there either.
So it appears that no account exists for the new email address I’m trying to switch to.
But am still not receiving the email confirmation to change the email.
